technology during the height of the flat-screen TV boom.
• Assisted Klipsch Audio in product planning, marketing research
and the new market entry of their first headphones.
• Created an innovative strategy for third party service
administrator (TPA), Service Net Solutions, which led to the launch of
branded warranties by Samsung, Sharp Electronics with Amazon.com.
Currently leading Service Net development efforts with several CE firms.
